see here is the newly-constructed South Dakota Governor's Residence. The sprawling, two-story structure is divided
between private living space for governors and their families
and public meeting and dining areas. The stone-fronted Residence
sits on the east shore of Capitol Lake in Pierre, SD, with a
stunning view of the historic domed Capitol building across the
water. This new 14,000 square foot Residence was built entirely
with private donations, and Showplace cabinetry was used throughout
