A bold splash of color is supplied by the strategic placement of a cherry sink base
within the maple base cabinets. Note the use of Colonial feet on the sink base.
The large island (above right) creates useful serving, preparation and eating spaces,
as well as contributing abundant storage. The custom corbels feature
circular cutouts that mirror similar themes elsewhere in the home.
