Cherry tends toward elegant warm tones, and also darkens considerably as it ages. Cherry has a fine grain that often exhibits swirls and a flowing, random pattern. Color varies from nearly white to dark reddish brown. Cherry is our highest-priced wood species offering.

The Sienna finish is just slightly darker and warmer than a natural finish. It brings cherry's vivid grain pattern to the fore, and fills a room with cheerful warmth. Showplace Sienna also looks partifcularly good with an ebony glazing. For more details on Showplace glazes, click here.

All Showplace door styles are available in all woods except the mitered styles, which are offered in maple and cherry only. Bear in mind that variability is one of wood's finest natural qualities, and actual finishes will differ. Computer monitors also add their own interpretation to colors. See actual finished samples at your Showplace dealer.
